Paul Colligan Interviews Anik Singal

Anik: Sure. It's funny because it actually took more than seven months because we started prepping for the January summit back in November for the actual boot camp session that we ran. But for the last seven months since then, editing the DVDs was very minor. They barely needed any editing. It's been the workbooks, the cheat sheets, the audio interviews, being able to get Commission Junction and LinkShare to help on the shared sale. All the top networks that give me an hour of their time so I can teach about their network. And all of that process, you know we build all of these cheat sheets. Yea, sure, we know what we are doing, but we don't know everything, and I'm not going to puzzle myself into thinking that. We had to ask all the different experts, have them review the product, go back and implement their suggestions, edit it. Back and forth. I have literally done nothing since January other than work on this course.

Paul: It's phenomenal. It's funny. I paid $2,000 dollars for a very famous, very popular tele-seminar class from a mentor and good friend of mine, and worth every penny. But I pulled your cheat sheet section, and you got that red cheat sheet section on prepping for a tele-seminar. Guess what's sitting in front of my computer right now. That very cheat sheet. It's good stuff. I'm heading out of town for a podcast event in Orlando tomorrow and as soon as we get off this call, I just got this stuff this morning, I'm going to be ripping a bunch of these CDs so I can listen to them on the airplane. The notebook is hands down the most cohesive thought process and mentality, and mindset and what you need to launch an affiliate program. I'm impressed with it. Now, I've run multiple affiliate programs, you have run multiple affiliate programs. We have been in the industry a long time. Is this for guys like us? Is this for people who start? If not, people who start, where should they start? How would you recommend somebody get into the industry, etcetera?

Anik: That's a great question. I have to say this course is not made specifically for beginners. It's not made specifically for experienced affiliate managers. One of the main reasons this course took us such an incredibly long time was that we took all different levels into our thinking. But you mentioned the cheat sheets. You know, those cheat sheets are there because those who are just launching a program that's going to be sitting next to your computer to make sure everything you are ready to do something, you got something. And in addition, we got a glossary that we launched with this, and that means anytime you every have a question related to affiliated marketing, you are going to access this glossary and we have entire lists of resources that you can access immediately to go ask your question, if we haven't already answered it in the course.
