Anik: But I think there is a big part of the industry that doesn't get enough attention, and that is, you know, people talk about recruiting, every affiliate manager, all they talk about is "I want to recruit, I want to recruit, I want to recruit." That's great, you've already got 3,000 people sitting in there, why are you trying to recruit more? Why don't you get some of those 3,000 to actually do something? So, you know, it's like when you talk about conversion and sales strategy. People say, "I want more traffic, I want more traffic." Well, why don't you just increase the conversion, you know? You'll still get more sales. So in this case, it's instead of consistently recruiting more people, why don't you just activate more of them and that will be the same effect.

Paul: Beautiful. Let me give away our third prize, I think this is going to be fun. Anik sent me a copy of the course, I've been shouting about it. I have enjoyed it and that one's going on my shelf, that one's going to stay on my shelf. I'll probably hand it over to some of my fellow workers or co-workers as we launch different efforts ourself.
